Changes Clinic was founded in 2013 with a simple idea: that people in Portsmouth deserve access to safe, effective aesthetic treatments delivered by qualified clinical professionals, not beauticians.

Our approach
We tell you what we think, not what you want to hear
If a treatment is not right for you, we will say so. If you are expecting a result that is not realistic, we will explain what is and is not achievable. This approach builds trust, and it means the clients who do go ahead with treatment have the right expectations.
Your consultation is always free
We do not charge for consultations. There is no pressure to book, and no follow-up sales call. You come in, talk to a nurse, ask your questions, and decide in your own time.
Clinical, not salon
All clinical decisions at Changes Clinic are made by our nurses and prescribers. Injectable treatments require a prescription and cannot be legally administered by someone without clinical qualifications. This is not just compliance. It is the foundation of safe practice.

Is Changes Clinic CQC registered?
Yes. Changes Clinic Portsmouth is registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission, rated Good. The CQC is the independent regulator that oversees the quality and safety of NHS and private healthcare providers in England. Regulation means our clinic has been inspected against defined standards for safety, effectiveness and care.
Who carries out treatments at Changes Clinic?
All injectable treatments are carried out by our qualified nurse prescribers. Other treatments are delivered by trained practitioners under clinical supervision. We do not use unqualified staff for any clinical procedure.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. Your first consultation is always free. It is an opportunity to talk through your concerns, ask questions and get honest advice, with no obligation to book any treatment.

Changes Clinic is at 1000 Lakeside, North Harbour, Western Road, Portsmouth, PO6 3EN. Free parking is available on site. We welcome clients from across Portsmouth, Fareham, Havant, Waterlooville and Southampton.

I’ve suffered with rosacea for several years and have tried all sorts of creams, skincare routines and products, but nothing really made a lasting difference.
Looking after my skin and being mindful of my diet definitely helps to keep it under control, but IPL at Changes Clinic has made the biggest difference by far. The redness in my face has reduced so much, and even when I do get a flare up, it’s nowhere near as bad as it used to be because the underlying redness has improved so much.
Everyone at Changes Clinic has been friendly, professional and really knowledgeable. They’ve always taken the time to answer any questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
I’d happily recommend Changes Clinic to anyone who suffers from rosacea and is thinking about IPL. It’s made a huge difference to my skin and has given me so much more confidence.

I have had 2 treatments so far and I already see a difference in my hair density and texture. She can use a gun or syringe, the syringe goes deeper and achieves better results, so its worth asking for the syringe method.
I combined my PRP with Calecim serum and that gives an even greater boost. So I recomend you sign up and ask for a booking with Sumaiyah, you'll be very happy that you did..

Lovely relaxed atmosphere with great staff. My lazer hair removal was undertaken by two very capable proffessional young women Kelly and Surmaiyah. Both demonstrate constant care and ensure this not always comfortable experience is as pleasant as possible. The facility is immaculately clean and there is excellent visitor free parking available.
I have no hesitation in recommending the clinic to others and whilst I can only comment on the treatments I have received to date I will be availing myself of some of the others services offered.

I am so glad I visited the Changes Clinic today for an upper abdominal ultrasound. I was a nervous wreck as I have a bit of a phobia of scans & Andrea was just brilliant with me. So reassuring, she went above & beyond with careful detailed descriptions, even went over some areas twice just for extra reassurance. I left smiling with a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I’ve been attending changes for facial hair removal for about 6 months now and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best and easiest experiences for me. Sumaiyah has been amazing through every step. From consultation to our current progress. She shows great professionalism, compassion, consideration -especially when I’m having a bad pain tolerance day- and is very meticulous in which the results are to show for it. Every appointment I get a little nervous and Sumaiyah has always put my nerves at ease and worked at a pace that suits me and my needs.
