Step 1 — Your Free Consultation
You meet with our nurse prescriber for a face-to-face clinical assessment. We review your medical history, assess the areas you want to treat, and confirm whether anti-wrinkle injections are right for you. No prescription is issued until that assessment is complete.
Step 2 — Your Treatment
Treatment takes place at our CQC-registered clinic at 1000 Lakeside, Cosham, Portsmouth. Our nurse prescriber administers the injections precisely into the target muscles. Most appointments take around 30 minutes from arrival to leaving the clinic.
Step 3 — Your Results

I’ve suffered with rosacea for several years and have tried all sorts of creams, skincare routines and products, but nothing really made a lasting difference.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere with great staff. My lazer hair removal was undertaken by two very capable proffessional young women Kelly and Surmaiyah. Both demonstrate constant care and ensure this not always comfortable experience is as pleasant as possible. The facility is immaculately clean and there is excellent visitor free parking available.
I have no hesitation in recommending the clinic to others and whilst I can only comment on the treatments I have received to date I will be availing myself of some of the others services offered.

What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first appointment is a free consultation with our nurse prescriber. We talk through the areas you want to treat, review your medical history and assess your facial anatomy. If anti-wrinkle injections are appropriate, we agree a treatment plan together. You can go ahead on the same visit or return for a separate treatment appointment — the choice is yours.
Am I a suitable candidate for anti-wrinkle injections?
Most adults in good general health are suitable. Anti-wrinkle injections are not appropriate if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have certain neuromuscular conditions, or are currently taking medications that interact with the treatment. Our nurse prescriber will go through all of this at your consultation and give you a clear answer based on your individual circumstances.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can split the cost of your treatment into 3 monthly payments with Klarna at 0% interest. Payment plans are available at booking — no need to pay everything upfront.
How far is Changes Clinic from Basingstoke?
