At Changes Clinic, every step of that process sits with our nurse prescriber, working from our CQC-registered clinic in Portsmouth, roughly 15 minutes from Gosport.

We do not offer walk-in appointments. Every client completes a face-to-face consultation before any prescription is issued or treatment takes place. We review your medical history, assess the areas you want treated, discuss what you are hoping to achieve, and confirm whether treatment is clinically appropriate. If it is not, we tell you plainly.

What we treat

Our nurse prescriber uses anti-wrinkle injections to relax the muscles responsible for dynamic lines — lines that form through repeated facial expression over time. Common treatment areas include forehead lines, frown lines between the brows, crow's feet around the eyes, bunny lines on the nose, and lines around the mouth.

We also treat chin dimpling, platysmal neck bands, and hyperhidrosis (excessive underarm sweating). Every treatment plan is specific to your face, your goals, and the clinical findings from your consultation. There is no standard protocol applied to everyone.

I’ve suffered with rosacea for several years and have tried all sorts of creams, skincare routines and products, but nothing really made a lasting difference. Looking after my skin and being mindful of my diet definitely helps to keep it under control, but IPL at Changes Clinic has made the biggest difference by far. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with great staff. My lazer hair removal was undertaken by two very capable proffessional young women Kelly and Surmaiyah. Both demonstrate constant care and ensure this not always comfortable experience is as pleasant as possible. The facility is immaculately clean and there is excellent visitor free parking available. I am so glad I visited the Changes Clinic today for an upper abdominal ultrasound. I was a nervous wreck as I have a bit of a phobia of scans & Andrea was just brilliant with me.
