Step 2 — Your Treatment
We administer fat dissolving injections into the target area at our CQC-registered clinic at 1000 Lakeside, Cosham, Portsmouth. The solution breaks down fat cell membranes in the treated area, and your body processes the released fat naturally over the weeks that follow. Sessions take around 30 to 45 minutes.
Step 3 — Your Results
Most clients need 2 to 4 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart for optimal results. Visible reduction in the treated area develops gradually as your body metabolises the treated cells. Final results are typically visible 6 to 8 weeks after your last session. Book your free consultation

I’ve suffered with rosacea for several years and have tried all sorts of creams, skincare routines and products, but nothing really made a lasting difference.
Looking after my skin and being mindful of my diet definitely helps to keep it under control, but IPL at Changes Clinic has made the biggest difference by far. The redness in my face has reduced so much, and even when I do get a flare up, it’s nowhere near as bad as it used to be because the underlying redness has improved so much.

I have had 2 treatments so far and I already see a difference in my hair density and texture. She can use a gun or syringe, the syringe goes deeper and achieves better results, so its worth asking for the syringe method.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere with great staff. My lazer hair removal was undertaken by two very capable proffessional young women Kelly and Surmaiyah. Both demonstrate constant care and ensure this not always comfortable experience is as pleasant as possible. The facility is immaculately clean and there is excellent visitor free parking available.
I have no hesitation in recommending the clinic to others and whilst I can only comment on the treatments I have received to date I will be availing myself of some of the others services offered.

I am so glad I visited the Changes Clinic today for an upper abdominal ultrasound. I was a nervous wreck as I have a bit of a phobia of scans & Andrea was just brilliant with me. Your first appointment is a free clinical consultation. Our qualified, experienced & insured practitioners looks at the area you want to treat, asks about your health history and your goals, and explains how many sessions you are likely to need and what kind of result is realistic. You will not be pushed into booking — we want you to make an informed decision.
Am I a suitable candidate for fat dissolving injections?
Fat dissolving works best on clients who are at or near a healthy weight with specific, localised areas of fat they want to reduce. It is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding clients, those with liver or kidney conditions, or anyone with an active infection in the treatment area. Your qualified, experienced & insured practitioners will confirm suitability at your consultation.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can split the cost of your treatment course into 3 monthly payments through Klarna at 0% interest. This applies per treatment session or per course — ask at booking for details on how to apply.
