HIFU stimulates collagen at a depth that topical products cannot reach. Results build over several months following treatment. Here is what the process looks like from your first visit.

Step 1: Your Free Consultation

Our qualified, experienced & insured practitioners assess your skin in person, identifies the depth and location of any laxity and discusses the areas you want to address. We set realistic outcome expectations and agree a treatment timeline so you understand when improvements become visible. You receive a clear plan before any energy is delivered.

Step 2: Your HIFU Session

Our practitioner applies a transducer to the skin and delivers focused ultrasound energy to the SMAS layer beneath, the same foundational layer a surgeon addresses in a traditional facelift. You will feel warmth and a brief, deep pressure sensation as each pulse is delivered. Sessions run between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the area treated.

Step 3: Your Results

The body's collagen repair response builds in the weeks after your session. Most clients notice a firmer, more defined appearance from 4 to 8 weeks, with the full result visible at 3 to 6 months. About HIFU

We use HIFU to address laxity in the face, jawline, neck, brow and décolletage. The focused ultrasound energy heats the target tissue precisely without affecting the skin's surface, which means there is no surface wounding and no recovery period required. HIFU is not appropriate for very advanced skin laxity, which may respond better to a surgical approach.

I’ve suffered with rosacea for several years and have tried all sorts of creams, skincare routines and products, but nothing really made a lasting difference. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with great staff. My lazer hair removal was undertaken by two very capable proffessional young women Kelly and Surmaiyah. Both demonstrate constant care and ensure this not always comfortable experience is as pleasant as possible. The facility is immaculately clean and there is excellent visitor free parking available. Your first appointment is a free consultation with our qualified, experienced & insured practitioners. We assess your skin in person, identify the areas of concern and explain what HIFU can realistically achieve for your skin. We also talk through how the treatment feels, how long the session takes and the timeline for visible results. You receive a clear plan before deciding whether to book your session.

Am I a suitable candidate for HIFU?

HIFU works well for clients with mild to moderate skin laxity who want to avoid surgery. It is less suited to clients with significant volume loss, very advanced laxity or those with metal implants in the planned treatment area. Certain medications may also affect suitability.
