HIFU works by directing focused ultrasound energy to precise depths below the skin surface. At the SMAS layer, roughly 4.5mm below the skin, focused energy creates tiny thermal coagulation points that stimulate the body's collagen repair response. The result is a gradual tightening and lifting effect that develops over 3 months and continues to improve for up to 6 months post-treatment.

The accuracy of HIFU depends entirely on the device quality and the operator's understanding of facial anatomy. At depth, the treatment passes close to motor nerves and vessels. A practitioner who does not understand these structures, or who uses an underpowered consumer-grade device, cannot deliver the clinical result you are paying for and can cause discomfort or adverse effects.

I’ve suffered with rosacea for several years and have tried all sorts of creams, skincare routines and products, but nothing really made a lasting difference. Looking after my skin and being mindful of my diet definitely helps to keep it under control, but IPL at Changes Clinic has made the biggest difference by far. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with great staff. My lazer hair removal was undertaken by two very capable proffessional young women Kelly and Surmaiyah. Both demonstrate constant care and ensure this not always comfortable experience is as pleasant as possible. The facility is immaculately clean and there is excellent visitor free parking available.
