Step 2 — Your HIFU treatment
HIFU energy is delivered through a handheld transducer that focuses ultrasound at multiple depths beneath the skin surface. I’ve suffered with rosacea for several years and have tried all sorts of creams, skincare routines and products, but nothing really made a lasting difference.
Looking after my skin and being mindful of my diet definitely helps to keep it under control, but IPL at Changes Clinic has made the biggest difference by far. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with great staff. My lazer hair removal was undertaken by two very capable proffessional young women Kelly and Surmaiyah. Both demonstrate constant care and ensure this not always comfortable experience is as pleasant as possible. The facility is immaculately clean and there is excellent visitor free parking available.
I have no hesitation in recommending the clinic to others and whilst I can only comment on the treatments I have received to date I will be availing myself of some of the others services offered.

I am so glad I visited the Changes Clinic today for an upper abdominal ultrasound. I was a nervous wreck as I have a bit of a phobia of scans & Andrea was just brilliant with me. She examines your skin in good light, assesses the level of laxity and identifies where HIFU energy would produce the most visible lift. She also confirms whether you are a suitable candidate. If you want to proceed, she explains the treatment in detail, including how the session feels and what aftercare is needed. Most consultations take 30 minutes.
Am I a suitable candidate for HIFU?
HIFU works best for adults with mild to moderate skin laxity who want to lift and tighten without surgery. It is not appropriate for those with metal implants or electronic devices such as pacemakers in or near the treatment area, active skin infections, or during pregnancy.
