About Laser Hair Removal
Clinical-grade laser hair removal works by directing concentrated light energy into the hair follicle. I’ve suffered with rosacea for several years and have tried all sorts of creams, skincare routines and products, but nothing really made a lasting difference.
Looking after my skin and being mindful of my diet definitely helps to keep it under control, but IPL at Changes Clinic has made the biggest difference by far. The redness in my face has reduced so much, and even when I do get a flare up, it’s nowhere near as bad as it used to be because the underlying redness has improved so much.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere with great staff. My lazer hair removal was undertaken by two very capable proffessional young women Kelly and Surmaiyah. Both demonstrate constant care and ensure this not always comfortable experience is as pleasant as possible. The facility is immaculately clean and there is excellent visitor free parking available.
I have no hesitation in recommending the clinic to others and whilst I can only comment on the treatments I have received to date I will be availing myself of some of the others services offered.

How many sessions will I need?

Is there any downtime after laser hair removal?
Redness and mild sensitivity in the treated area are normal for a few hours after each session. Most clients return to their usual routine immediately. We advise avoiding sun exposure, heat (saunas, hot showers) and strong exfoliants for 48 hours after treatment. SPF on treated areas is important between sessions.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first appointment combines a free consultation and a patch test. Your practitioner assesses your skin tone and hair type, discusses your treatment history, and selects the appropriate laser settings. A small test patch is treated on the target area. Provided there is no adverse reaction at your follow-up check, you can proceed with your first full session.
