I’ve suffered with rosacea for several years and have tried all sorts of creams, skincare routines and products, but nothing really made a lasting difference.
Looking after my skin and being mindful of my diet definitely helps to keep it under control, but IPL at Changes Clinic has made the biggest difference by far. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with great staff. My lazer hair removal was undertaken by two very capable proffessional young women Kelly and Surmaiyah. Both demonstrate constant care and ensure this not always comfortable experience is as pleasant as possible. The facility is immaculately clean and there is excellent visitor free parking available.
I have no hesitation in recommending the clinic to others and whilst I can only comment on the treatments I have received to date I will be availing myself of some of the others services offered.

How far is Changes Clinic from Eastleigh?

How many sessions will I need?
Most clients need six to eight sessions per area to achieve significant, lasting hair reduction. Hair grows in cycles, and the laser targets follicles during the active growth phase only. Sessions are spaced four to eight weeks apart to work through the full growth cycle. We assess your progress throughout and let you know when we feel the area is responding well.
Is there any downtime after laser hair removal?
Downtime is minimal. You may notice redness and a sensation similar to mild sunburn in the treated area for a few hours after your session. We advise avoiding heat, sun exposure and tight clothing over the treated area for 24 hours. Hair will shed gradually from the treated follicles over the following two weeks — this is a sign the treatment has worked.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first appointment includes a consultation and a patch test. Our practitioner reviews your skin tone, hair type and medical history, selects the appropriate laser settings and applies a small test patch to assess your skin's response. We book your first full treatment session once the patch test has had time to settle, usually after 48 hours.
