Step 2 — Your Treatment
Treatment takes place at our CQC-registered clinic at 1000 Lakeside, Cosham, Portsmouth. We apply a topical anaesthetic before treatment to minimise discomfort. Our qualified, experienced & insured practitioners use hyaluronic acid filler, injecting into precise areas of the lip border, body and cupid's bow. Most lip filler appointments take around 30 minutes.
Step 3 — Your Results

I’ve suffered with rosacea for several years and have tried all sorts of creams, skincare routines and products, but nothing really made a lasting difference.
Looking after my skin and being mindful of my diet definitely helps to keep it under control, but IPL at Changes Clinic has made the biggest difference by far. The redness in my face has reduced so much, and even when I do get a flare up, it’s nowhere near as bad as it used to be because the underlying redness has improved so much.

I have had 2 treatments so far and I already see a difference in my hair density and texture. She can use a gun or syringe, the syringe goes deeper and achieves better results, so its worth asking for the syringe method.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere with great staff. My lazer hair removal was undertaken by two very capable proffessional young women Kelly and Surmaiyah. Both demonstrate constant care and ensure this not always comfortable experience is as pleasant as possible. The facility is immaculately clean and there is excellent visitor free parking available.
I have no hesitation in recommending the clinic to others and whilst I can only comment on the treatments I have received to date I will be availing myself of some of the others services offered.

I am so glad I visited the Changes Clinic today for an upper abdominal ultrasound. I was a nervous wreck as I have a bit of a phobia of scans & Andrea was just brilliant with me. Sumaiyah has been amazing through every step. From consultation to our current progress. What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first appointment is a free consultation where your qualified, experienced & insured practitioners assess your lip shape and facial proportions, listens to what you want to achieve and discusses how much filler and which technique would give you the best result. You can go ahead on the same visit or return for a separate treatment appointment.
Am I a suitable candidate for lip fillers?
Most adults in good health are suitable. Lip fillers are not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have active cold sores or infections around the mouth, or have certain autoimmune conditions. Clients with a history of cold sores should mention this — we may recommend antiviral medication before treatment. Your qualified, experienced & insured practitioners will confirm suitability at consultation.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can spread the cost of lip filler treatment into 3 monthly payments with Klarna at 0% interest. This is available at the time of booking.
