Eat, Sleep, Hydrate… Repeat!!
A change of diet can have a huge impact on our skin, make sure you are eating up your veg along with all the turkey this Christmas time. Eat vegetables with high levels of vitamin c in particular as not only will it give your skin that all important glow, but over time your skin will also feel tighter, firmer and appear younger and fresher!
Sleep…. when we sleep and our bodies shut down, it then gives our skin chance to rejuvenate, so make sure you get plenty of shut eye and allow your skin to get to work.
When we think about hydrating our skin we automatically think about drinking 2 litres of water, which is great, but it doesn’t always head to your skin.
