But what is the difference between the cost of Silicone and Saline implants?
What implants you would like is an important decision that doesn’t just factor down to cost. It is primarily a decision that depends on the look and feel you would like to achieve. Silicone gel implants are filled with cohesive gel that retains it’s uniformity while also maintaining the natural feel that mimics breast tissue.
Saline on the other hand are implants that are filled with a saltwater solution that is similar to the fluid that makes up a lot of the human body. Saline breast implants are slightly firmer to the touch. If you prefer not to have implants and would like to have more information on fat transfer then this is definitely an option for you to consider. You should discuss the different choices with your surgeon to get a better understanding of the results each will give.
