How to lose weight fast with Prochange!

It’s always good to hear of a treatment changing somebody’s life for the better …

Penny*, a 19-year old student visited the Clinic recently needing help to lose weight fast!  She has 2 holidays booked this year with her girlfriends and was 4 stone over what she wanted to be on the scales!   She’s a lucky girl: pretty, loves fashion & extremely popular with friends, but for her, life would be better if she lost a few stone!

“I really enjoy food and the weight has crept on” she said, before the weight loss programe started!  “I’ve got to feel confident in a bikini before June!” was her goal!

We discussed what she wanted to achieve and she felt she was in the right place to be committed to the weight loss plan.  So we began her journey with Pro change.

Pro change is a managed weight loss programe.  The meal plan is set out for the week, essentially eating 5 times a day with protein foods which reduce your hunger.  For some, eating 5 times a day is more than normal, but it’s essential.  Meaning you can snack on Pro change crisps, nuts, muffins & foods in between main meals.

You visit the Clinic to be weighed weekly, and receive a fat loss vacuum treatment to help with lymphatic drainage – all part of the plan.

Penny has lost 20 pounds in 4 weeks and is well on her way to her target.

“I feel really good!!  I’ve got so much energy.  My skin has really cleared up, it’s made my mood increase!  It was hard at first but after the first 2 days it got easier and now it’s just a routine.  No probs. I’m over the moon with the results so far!”
