HIFU delivers focused ultrasound energy to the SMAS layer beneath the skin to stimulate collagen and provide a natural lifting effect. RF microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin while delivering radiofrequency heat, stimulating collagen and elastin remodelling across the mid-dermis.

I’ve suffered with rosacea for several years and have tried all sorts of creams, skincare routines and products, but nothing really made a lasting difference.
Looking after my skin and being mindful of my diet definitely helps to keep it under control, but IPL at Changes Clinic has made the biggest difference by far. The redness in my face has reduced so much, and even when I do get a flare up, it’s nowhere near as bad as it used to be because the underlying redness has improved so much.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere with great staff. My lazer hair removal was undertaken by two very capable proffessional young women Kelly and Surmaiyah. Both demonstrate constant care and ensure this not always comfortable experience is as pleasant as possible. The facility is immaculately clean and there is excellent visitor free parking available.
I have no hesitation in recommending the clinic to others and whilst I can only comment on the treatments I have received to date I will be availing myself of some of the others services offered.

I am so glad I visited the Changes Clinic today for an upper abdominal ultrasound. I was a nervous wreck as I have a bit of a phobia of scans & Andrea was just brilliant with me. Is a non-surgical facelift safe?
HIFU and RF microneedling are both well-established clinical technologies with strong safety records when used by trained practitioners. Side effects are mild and temporary, including redness, minor swelling, and skin sensitivity for 24 to 48 hours after treatment. Serious adverse effects are rare. HIFU is not suitable for clients with certain implanted devices or active skin conditions in the treatment area, which is why a proper clinical assessment takes place before treatment begins.
How is a non-surgical facelift different from a surgical facelift?
A surgical facelift removes excess skin and repositions facial tissue under general or local anaesthetic. Recovery takes weeks, and results are immediate and dramatic. A non-surgical facelift stimulates the body's own collagen and elastin production to gradually firm and lift skin. The results are subtler and develop over months, with no surgery, no anaesthetic and no significant recovery period. Some combinations can be carried out on the same day; others benefit from being staged.
