"Non-surgical facelift" covers a wide range of treatments. At Changes Clinic, the term refers specifically to a combination of HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) and RF microneedling, two technologies with a documented mechanism of action and measurable results. We do not offer facial massage or LED-only treatments under this name.

Your treatment is planned and delivered by our qualified, experienced & insured practitioners. Before any technology is applied to your face, the prescriber conducts a clinical assessment: skin laxity, tissue quality, facial structure and the areas you want to address. This assessment informs which treatments are most appropriate and at what depth and intensity to work. A standardised approach applied to every face produces standardised results. Clinical assessment allows us to personalise the protocol.

HIFU works by delivering focused ultrasound energy to the SMAS layer, the same layer targeted by surgical facelifts, without cutting. RF microneedling delivers radiofrequency energy through micro-needles into the dermis, stimulating collagen remodelling. Used together, these treatments address different tissue depths and produce a combined lifting and tightening effect that neither delivers alone.

What's included

The non-surgical facelift at Changes Clinic targets facial and neck laxity, jowling, loss of mid-face volume support and skin texture. It is not a treatment for very advanced laxity where surgical intervention would be more appropriate. Your qualified, experienced & insured practitioners will tell you at the consultation whether the treatment matches your concern.

Results develop gradually as collagen production increases in the weeks following treatment. The full effect is typically visible at three to six months.

I’ve suffered with rosacea for several years and have tried all sorts of creams, skincare routines and products, but nothing really made a lasting difference. Looking after my skin and being mindful of my diet definitely helps to keep it under control, but IPL at Changes Clinic has made the biggest difference by far. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with great staff. My lazer hair removal was undertaken by two very capable proffessional young women Kelly and Surmaiyah. Both demonstrate constant care and ensure this not always comfortable experience is as pleasant as possible. The facility is immaculately clean and there is excellent visitor free parking available. I have no hesitation in recommending the clinic to others and whilst I can only comment on the treatments I have received to date I will be availing myself of some of the others services offered.

I am so glad I visited the Changes Clinic today for an upper abdominal ultrasound. I was a nervous wreck as I have a bit of a phobia of scans & Andrea was just brilliant with me.
