About Non-Surgical Facelift Treatments
A non-surgical facelift at Changes Clinic uses High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) and Radiofrequency (RF) microneedling to lift and tighten skin without surgery, anaesthetic or recovery time. These are two distinct technologies, and our qualified, experienced & insured practitioners selects the right approach based on your skin and your goals.
HIFU delivers focused ultrasound energy to deep tissue layers, stimulating the production of new collagen. It targets the same tissue layer as a surgical facelift but without any incisions. RF microneedling combines micro-needling channels with radiofrequency energy, remodelling collagen in the mid-levels of the skin to improve texture, laxity and tone.
Common concerns we address include jowl laxity, brow drooping, neck and jaw definition, and overall loss of firmness. Both treatments produce results that develop gradually over two to three months as new collagen forms, with effects that can last up to 12 to 18 months.

I’ve suffered with rosacea for several years and have tried all sorts of creams, skincare routines and products, but nothing really made a lasting difference.
Looking after my skin and being mindful of my diet definitely helps to keep it under control, but IPL at Changes Clinic has made the biggest difference by far. The redness in my face has reduced so much, and even when I do get a flare up, it’s nowhere near as bad as it used to be because the underlying redness has improved so much.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere with great staff. My lazer hair removal was undertaken by two very capable proffessional young women Kelly and Surmaiyah. Both demonstrate constant care and ensure this not always comfortable experience is as pleasant as possible. The facility is immaculately clean and there is excellent visitor free parking available.
I have no hesitation in recommending the clinic to others and whilst I can only comment on the treatments I have received to date I will be availing myself of some of the others services offered.

I am so glad I visited the Changes Clinic today for an upper abdominal ultrasound. I was a nervous wreck as I have a bit of a phobia of scans & Andrea was just brilliant with me.
