A non-surgical facelift at Changes Clinic combines HIFU (high-intensity focused ultrasound) and RF microneedling to lift, tighten and resurface the skin without incisions or general anaesthetic. Here is how the process unfolds.

Step 1 — Your Free Consultation

Your qualified, experienced & insured practitioners assess your skin, the degree of laxity in the areas you want to address, and your overall goals. We discuss which technologies are most appropriate for your concerns, whether that is HIFU for deeper structural lift, RF microneedling for skin texture and tightening, or a combination. We also set realistic expectations about what you can achieve without surgery.

Step 2 — Your Treatment

HIFU delivers focused ultrasound energy to the deep layers of tissue that sit beneath the skin, stimulating collagen production and producing a lifting effect over time. RF microneedling channels radiofrequency energy through tiny needles into the dermal layers, tightening from within and improving surface texture. Both treatments are performed at our Portsmouth clinic by your qualified, experienced & insured practitioners, and most sessions take between 60 and 90 minutes.

Step 3 — Your Results

Results from HIFU develop gradually over 8 to 12 weeks as the body produces new collagen. RF microneedling produces a visible improvement in skin quality from around four to six weeks. I’ve suffered with rosacea for several years and have tried all sorts of creams, skincare routines and products, but nothing really made a lasting difference. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with great staff. My lazer hair removal was undertaken by two very capable proffessional young women Kelly and Surmaiyah. Both demonstrate constant care and ensure this not always comfortable experience is as pleasant as possible. The facility is immaculately clean and there is excellent visitor free parking available. Am I a suitable candidate for a non-surgical facelift?

Most adults with mild to moderate skin laxity and volume loss are suitable. Results are most visible in clients whose skin has begun to lose firmness and definition without yet reaching the stage where surgical intervention is the primary option. Treatment is not appropriate during pregnancy, or for those with active skin infections, certain metal implants near the treatment area, or pacemakers. Your qualified, experienced & insured practitioners confirms suitability at your free consultation.

Do you offer payment plans?
