Can a non-surgical facelift deliver a visible difference?

The term "non-surgical facelift" covers a wide range of treatments, from basic facials marketed with ambitious language to clinically validated energy-based procedures. The difference in outcomes between these two categories is substantial, so the question of whether it can deliver visible results depends entirely on what is actually being done.

At Changes Clinic, our non-surgical facelift combines HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) and RF (Radio Frequency) energy technologies. These are the same technologies used in clinical and hospital settings internationally. HIFU targets the SMAS layer, the same tissue layer addressed in a surgical facelift, and stimulates a collagen response that develops over two to three months. RF works at a shallower depth to tighten the dermis and improve overall skin texture.

The results are not the same as a surgical facelift, and we will not tell you they are. I’ve suffered with rosacea for several years and have tried all sorts of creams, skincare routines and products, but nothing really made a lasting difference. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with great staff. My lazer hair removal was undertaken by two very capable proffessional young women Kelly and Surmaiyah. Both demonstrate constant care and ensure this not always comfortable experience is as pleasant as possible. The facility is immaculately clean and there is excellent visitor free parking available. Is a non-surgical facelift safe?

How does a non-surgical facelift differ from a surgical facelift?

A surgical facelift physically repositions skin and underlying tissue, typically under general anaesthetic, with a recovery period of several weeks. A non-surgical facelift uses focused ultrasound and radiofrequency energy to stimulate the body's collagen production, producing a lift and tightening effect without incisions or anaesthetic.
