Mesotherapy Portsmouth
Mesotherapy is not a topical product. It does not sit on the surface of your skin and wait for absorption. It places active ingredients exactly where the skin needs them — delivered just below the surface using very fine needles, bypassing the skin barrier entirely.
The cocktail includes vitamins, minerals, amino acids and hyaluronic acid. Your skin receives them directly in the dermis, where new cells form and collagen fibres are maintained. The result is skin that looks brighter, more hydrated and more even in tone and texture — because it has been nourished at the source. We also have exosome and stem cell products post treatment & to take away.
Our qualified, experienced & insured practitioners tailor every mesotherapy treatment to your skin at Changes Clinic in Cosham, Portsmouth. Your first consultation is free.

What mesotherapy treats
Mesotherapy addresses a wide range of skin concerns by delivering active ingredients directly into the layer of tissue where they have the most effect.
Dull and dehydrated skin
Hyaluronic acid delivered into the dermis provides deep hydration that topical creams cannot replicate. Many clients describe their skin as looking lit from within after a course of treatment.
Fine lines and early ageing
The vitamin and amino acid blend supports collagen production and cell renewal. Fine surface lines caused by dehydration and early ageing visibly improve across a course of sessions.
Uneven tone and pigmentation
Antioxidants and brightening agents in the cocktail work on post-inflammatory pigmentation, uneven tone and general dullness over time, improving skin clarity and consistency.
Areas we treat
We use mesotherapy on the face, neck, decolletage, hands and scalp. Scalp mesotherapy supports circulation and delivers nutrients directly to the follicle area, making it a useful treatment alongside PRP for hair.
How it works
The cocktail we use contains hyaluronic acid for hydration, vitamins and antioxidants to support cell function, amino acids for skin structure, and minerals that support the skin's natural repair processes. The exact blend is adjusted to your skin concerns at consultation.
Because the ingredients bypass the skin barrier entirely, the amounts delivered to the target tissue are far greater than anything a topical product can achieve. The skin responds directly, which is why results are visible quickly.
What to expect
Deeper improvements in tone, texture and line reduction build across a course. We recommend three to six sessions, spaced two to three weeks apart. After the course, maintenance sessions every one to three months keep the skin in good condition between more intensive treatments.
Downtime is minimal. Mild redness at the injection sites is normal and typically settles within a few hours. Most clients return to their normal routine on the same day.
